This two day workshop begins on day one with an orientation style introduction to business ownership, understanding markets and your competitive space, picking the correct legal entity for your business and financing your venture. Day two dives deeper into business planning through the lean business model, the financial logistics model and getting your business online through digit marketing. The Business Startup Bootcamp is designed to jump start your business planning from idea to action producing goals as efficiently as possible. By the end of day two, you should have a clearer idea of the next step and how the Lamar University SBDC may better assist you to business success.

Your will receive the resources and tools needed to complete a Business Plan, a Logistics Model specific to your business and all materials used throughout the bootcamp. Registration is limited to 15 people in order to grant a more personal investigation into your specific business. 

Cost: $50.00 for all four sessions conducted over the two day period. Light refreshments will be served.
