Every business is structured differently. The Lean Canvas Model helps to identify nine key components that exist in every business regardless of size. Through this course, you will identify the best organization and management structure for your business, generate a company description, discover what differentiates your business from others and the markets your business serves.
This course is open to persons looking to start up a business and businesses looking to better identify their market and/ or seeking information for funding purposes.
